METHOD AND PROCEEDINGS

It is by listening and talking with you that we will design

a high quality equestrian environment that will suit you.

01
01
Implementation plan
01
The Master Plan of the site is a necessary and essential tool.

t shows you the entire equestrian site: the implementation of the buildings, the activity areas (paddock, riding school,…) as well as further enclosures such as parking, hangar, storage, manure, etc..

It makes it easier to visualise the functionality of the site regarding the movement of horses, people and cars. It also details covenants and requirements.

The Master Plan outlines the proper usage of resources and makes it easier to anticipate the future design and construction.
02
02
Feasibility study
02
Une écurie bien pensée est le point central d'une structure équestre.

A well-designed equestrian facility is the heartbeat of the project.

Horse Habitat will conduct a rational analysis taking into account technical requirements and economic imperatives.

It evaluates the client’s requirements, plan, agenda and budget in order to determine the exact nature of the amenities.
03
03
Architectural design
03
Horse Habitat will look at the different options of proceedings and services that suit your project. Its only aim is to create the best conditions for its implementation.

The architectural design of properties, barns, stables, materials used, as well as the planning and ergonomics are essential for the horse’s health and security. All of these aspects also play an important role in the goal to limit the ecological impact of the equestrian structures.

04
Project scheduling
and operational planning
04
Project scheduling and operational planning are an essential part in articulating the main objectives.

No matter if your project requires a straight forward planning of phases or a more complex analysis of the network, we can work out an agenda (retro planning) to ensure that your project and your equestrian project moves forward
